China rounds up and CAGES beggars … so they didn’t spoil the view at town fair

Organisers of a religious festival gave beggars in Nanchang, Jiangxi province an ultimatum. If they wished to beg they have to do so behind bars and if they leave they are immediately banished from the festival area and have to leave the town. This has outraged human rights campaigners in China who say it is public humiliation.
