Female judge rules father must repeatedly take his children to visit their convicted murderer mother

Judge Nancy Whittenburg has ruled that Tracey Richter (left), who is serving life in prison for murder must be allowed to regularly see her children – despite the wishes of their father Michael Roberts ( top right) who wants to leave the country with them. The order requires Roberts to take his children (bottom right) from their home in California to visit Richter in prison in Iowa even though she is incarcerated for executing her neighbour 11-years ago while the children were in the room next door
