Couple arrested after a passerby spotted them having sex in a public park
A 22-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were arrested after they were caught having sex in a public park.
A witness at Lineberger Park in Gastonia said she saw the couple having sex in a gazebo and called police.
Caleb Williams, 22, and Harley Storey, 16, were arrested just after 4 in the afternoon and charged with indecent exposure.

The age of consent in North Carolina is 16.
According to his Facebook page, Caleb Williams has a two-year-old daughter.
Harley is a student at Ashbrook High School.
Young children often play in Lineberger Park as there is a playground, basketball and tennis courts there.
The park is in close proximity to York Chester Middle School and Piedmont Community Charter School.
