Bulldog left with 500 quills stuck in her face after run in with a porcupine

Bella Mae, a three-year-old bulldog from Norman, Oklahoma, is recovering after veterinarians performed emergency surgery to remove the spines. Somehow, she avoided getting pierced in the eyes with any of the sharp quills after finding one of the rodents drinking at a pond.
