Did Olympic officials blow $30,000 on a bottle of cognac?

The receipt was posted on a social media site by a user who claimed to know a worker at an unnamed restaurant, believed to be China Tang at The Dorchester on London’s Park Lane. The man has since closed his account, but when posting the picture he said: ‘My friend’s a waiter and this is a receipt for an official lunch for 15 Olympic Bosses in London. Now we see where all the money’s going.’
