Pregnant woman, 18, charged after pouring hot bacon grease on the father of her unborn child

A pregnant woman has allegedly poured hot  bacon grease on her boyfriend during an argument.

Amanda Rachelle Olsen, 18, from Bartlesville,  Oklahoma was charged with domestic assault and battery after she injured her  boyfriend, the father of her unborn child, leaving him with serious  burns.

Washington County Associate District Judge  Russell Vaclaw set bail at $7,500 and ordered her to have no contact with the  victim, according to court records.

Ms Olsen reportedly became angry at the  couple’s home on Saturday and tried to throw a dish at the victim but he stopped her by grabbing the dish, a police affidavit says.

She then seized a pan full of hot grease and  poured it on her boyfriend’s left shoulder.

The victim suffered severe burns from his  shoulder to his bicep.
