Back in 1995, the Fudgsicle Kid had the foresight to take an embarrassing picture before the Internet was a thing.

The photo above ran on the front page of the Baltimore Sun in 1995. For the past 17 years, John Boias has been grappling with the ramifications of unintentionally being the focal point of said photo. The newspaper catches up with a now-20-year-old Boias. It’s definitely one of the more interesting “where are they now” type of features I’ve read in a long while. Luckily for Boias, the photo was taken in the pre-Internet meme era.
