County deputies say man mooned them
It started when deputies were called early this morning to the Woodland Trailer Park on a complaint about loud noise.
Deputies said Joshua Haskins, 24, of 13 Woodland Drive, threatened to fight officers several times during their investigation. He also dropped his shorts exposing his buttocks in front of deputies and a large group of people, authorities said.
Haskins was given tickets for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure, both are violations.
A second man, David M. Gagnon, 23, of 25 Woodland Drive, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, a violation, after he repeatedly threatened to fight deputies, including poking one several times in the chest with his finger, deputies said.
