Mothers at war: Proud military wife defends photograph of her breastfeeding in uniform

Two mothers Terran Echegoyen-McCabe (pictured left) and Christina Luna (right), both in active service, were pictured nursing their babies on Fairchild Air Force Base, near Spokane, Washington. The striking image has seen a flurry of comments, from supporters who say breastfeeding is a ‘fundamental right’ to another who compared it to ‘defecating in uniform’.
