Resident Liang Lung posted a picture of the ongoing work online, and has decided to move out until it is over because of fears the flats could topple. He said: ‘They will not get it done before the rainy season starts. Who knows what will happen then? I wanted to put these pics online to raise the alarm that they were putting lives at risk.’
