At least she found what she was looking for! DUI driver crashes into liquor store

Sharon Brooks, 63, of East Haven was charged with a DUI for driving her car smack through the front of Yankee Discount Liquor at 2:30 p.m on Friday. Brooks, a regular at the liquor store, told police that she wasn’t drinking; she just had a cold and her foot slipped on the break pedal.
